Scope of Services
Our autobody repair shop provides a comprehensive range of services, including but not limited to collision repair, dent removal, paint matching, and structural repairs. By booking an appointment, you agree to allow our technicians to assess and repair your vehicle according to the service requirements discussed at the time of booking. Any additional repairs or services identified during the repair process will be communicated to you for approval before proceeding.

2. Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the repairs unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and financing options where available. Any applicable taxes and fees will be included in the final invoice. If payment is not received within the specified time frame, we reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue amount and/or retain the vehicle until payment is made.

3. Warranty and Liability
We offer a warranty on parts and labor as specified in your service agreement. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not include damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or modifications made after the repair. Our liability is limited to the repair services provided and does not extend to any consequential damages or losses resulting from the repair process.

4. Vehicle Condition and Storage
It is your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle is free of personal belongings and in a condition suitable for repair. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items left in the vehicle. If your vehicle remains uncollected beyond the agreed-upon pickup time, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee to cover the cost of keeping the vehicle at our facility.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee or the loss of any deposit paid. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances or operational issues, and we will notify you promptly to arrange an alternative time.
